55 years old and over. French speaking only. Seniors that are frail, vulnerable, have dementia and or a physical disability.
65 years old and over. For individuals who have begun to lose functional, and/or mental capacity, have Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia, Parkinson’s disease, had a stroke, have a developmental disability, visual problems, mental illness and for individuals who wish to have more social interactions.
55 years of age and over or individuals with physical disabilities, that are over 18 years of age.

Frail, and seniors with mild dementia who are not able to attend regular community activities.
18 years old and over. Individual must have a moderate to severe ABI, medically stable, living in the community, may have challenging behaviours and/or physical disabilities and have a family physician.
Adults 21 years and older with developmental disabilities
Adults affected by aphasia, who need physical, social, or emotional supports.
55 years old and over. Asian adults and other older adults and adults with disabilities, who need physical, social, or emotional supports
16 years old and over. Adults and youth, living with the effects of an acquired brain injury.
