Population: For individuals who have begun to lose functional, and/or mental capacity, have Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia, Parkinson’s disease, had a stroke, have a developmental disability, visual problems, mental illness and for  individuals who wish to have more social interactions.

 

Age Restrictions: 65 and over

 

Language: Programs are provided in both Polish and English

 

Services: Men , Women or mixed programs available.  Wide range of Recreation activities.

 

Hours of Operation: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. Individuals can join one to four days a week.

 

Fee: Minimal fee of $30.00 for a full day or $20.00 for a half day in attendance.

 

Accessibility: Fully Accessible

 

Transportation: Assistance in arranging transportation to and from the program is also provided.

 

How to Join: The Day Program Manager determines eligibility and an individual’s suitability for the program though an assessment.
