Population: Frail elderly and for seniors with mild dementia who are not able to attend regular community activities.

 

Age Restrictions: 65  and over

 

Langauage: Multilingual & Multicultural (English, Chinese and Portuguese)

 

Services: Morning refreshment, gentle fitness, crafts, current news, health and wellness education, celebrations, lunch, game, special events and more.

 

Hours of Operation: Programs run 8:30 am - 3:00 pm. Call for details as some days only chinese programs are one and some multicultural. 

 

Fee:10.00 to $20.00 per day, based on income.

 

Accessibility: Fully Accessible.

 

Transportation:Queen Street to Davenport Road, University Avenue to Dufferin Street. Transportation is only provided within catchment area. Participants who live out of the service area are welcome, however transportation is not included.

 

How to Join: No refferal required, however an Intake assessment, including medical assessment by a doctor, is required before admission.
