Services: Offers social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for Alzheimer's disease or other related dementias in a group setting for part of the day.

Fee: $15 per day. Subsidy available for eligible participants (Additional fee for transportation)

 

Transportation: Door-to-door transportation within catchment area
