Population: Individual must have a moderate to severe ABI, medically stable, living in the community, may have challenging behaviours and/or physical disabilities and have a family physician.

Age Restrictions: 18 and over

Services: Support in goals, enhance strengths, educational programs, recreational activities and social support. Bring a lunch, snacks are provided.

Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

Transportation: For two of the program’s five days each week, West Park provides wheelchair accessible transportation to and from the client’s home. Catchment in the area between Highway 401, Yonge Street, Islington Avenue, and Lake Ontario. If clients live outside these boundaries and have their own transportation are welcomed.
