Population: Asian adults and other older adults and adults with disabilities, who need physical, social, or emotional supports

 

Age Restrictions: 55 years and older

 

Language: English; Chinese (Cantonese); Chinese (Mandarin)

 

Services: Social, recreational, and therapeutic activities to accommodate up to 50 Asian older adults and other older adults who are physically frail, post-stroke, cognitively impaired, have early stage Alzheimer's disease, are socially isolated or have challenges. Supervised activities in a group setting for part of the day. Helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care.

 

Fee: Call for details. Includes breakfast, lunch, snack and program materials. Discount for attending 2 or more days a week. Subsidies will be considered on an eligibility basis
