Older adults and adults with disabilities, who need physical, social, or emotional supports
Provides structured and supervised activities in a group setting for ethno-cultural and South Asian frail seniors with cognitive, physical and communicative impairments * activities are planned to provide mental, physical and social stimulation
Offers centre-based activities for adults over age 18, with cognitive, physical, communicative impairments or acquired brain injuries who are living in the community and are in need of social and therapeutic activities.
Physicaaly disabled or frail elderly over the age of 65
This program is for York Region residents with a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia.
People with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias
Adults 18 years and older with an intellectual disability
People with acquired brain injuries
Frail and isolated older adults 55 years and older with physical and cognitive impairments
