Service Description:   Supervised and supported social and recreational activities for adults with intellectual disabilities * Activities promote physical health, mental health and emotional well bring * Activities include: fitness and sports, nutrition training, group walks, social outings, conflict prevention and resolution training, volunteer work, transit/pedestrian training, math and literacy, music, cooking classes and life skills training
