Service Description:    Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for older adults and people with disabilities in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care

Fees:   $30-$40 per day * transportation fee $14 per round trip

Population(s) Served:   Older adults and adults with disabilities, who need physical, social, or emotional supports * will not accept clients with violent behavior, depression with suicidal attempts, verbally or physically abusive that jeopardize the safety of self and other clients
