Population: offered to individuals living with life-limiting illness in the community and is available to residents of the DLH Residential Program.

Services: It offers activities such as: personal check-in time, games, expressive arts therapy, music therapy, general arts and crafts and complementary therapy such as Therapeutic Touch, Tai Chi or seated exercise and Guided Visualization.

How to Join: Anyone may refer to the Day Program. The Day Program Coordinator assesses the individual's eligibility based on:
