Population: SPRINT Senior Care’s Active Living Centre provides seniors and adults who are physically frail and/or have cognitive impairments with opportunities to socialize and participate in stimulating programs that are supportive of individuals’ needs and abilities.

Hours of Operation: Our Active Living Centre programs runs from Monday through Saturday from 9:30am to 3:30pm, and Monday through Friday from 1:30pm to 6:30pm.

 

Transportation:

Transportation is available for an extra fee of $7 round trip for individuals who are not registered with Wheeltrans. If clients have access to Wheeltrans, they must use that method of transportation to get to the program.

• Our programs are affordably priced and include well-balanced, nutritious meals and snacks.

 

 

Service Area: 401 to the north, Bloor St. to the south, Bathurst St. to the west and Bayview Avenue to the east.

 

Fees: The program is $23.50/day. We accept people for one day a week to start, if clients are enjoying the program and we have availability,
