Population: BOOST is an Adult Day Program for individuals living with stroke, another neurological issue, or individuals who are frail.

$21.00 per day (Lunch Included – Special Dietary Accommodations)
$6.00 additional charge for each Physiotherapy session
$25.00 One-time Fee for Initial Physiotherapy Assessment
Accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible
Transportation: Program can provide transportation for clients within catchment area who are not eligible for Wheel Trans. Cost for transportation is return-ride. .
