Population: Supervised and supported social and recreational activities for seniors who are physically frail or have challenges, at a location outside their home. Programs include meals, transportation to the program, and some personal care.           

 

Services: Programs include meals, transportation to the program, and some personal care. May include light physical activity, assistance with the activities of daily living, and minor health care assistance

 

Fees:  Fees range from $10-$46 based on meals and overnight stay options.
