Population: People with Alzheimer’s Disease or related dementias. Community Care Access Centre care coordinators assess the needs of applicants.

Services: Yee Hong is a caring community where seniors and others enjoy the highest quality of life. We raise the standard in long-term care and effect a positive impact on the global health care system by seeking to be the model of excellence in culturally appropriate geriatric care. Adult Day Program's are supervised and supported social, educational, therapeutic and recreational activities for Chinese and other seniors with Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementia. The activities are provided in a group setting for part of the day.
