Population: Older adults and adults with disabilities, who need physical, social, or emotional supports. Community Care Access Centre care coordinators assess the needs of applicants

Services: Yee Hong is a caring community where seniors and others enjoy the highest quality of life. We raise the standard in long-term care and effect a positive impact on the global health care system by seeking to be the model of excellence in culturally appropriate geriatric care. Adult Day Program is supervised and supported social, educational, therapeutic and recreational activities for Chinese and other seniors who are physically frail or have challenges. The activities are provided in a group setting for part of the day.
