Population: Older adults and people with disabilities, who need physical, social, or emotional supports

 

Age: 55 and older primarily 

 

Language: English

 

Services: Adult day program is designed for older adults with dementia, those who are disabled and frail, and older adults who are socially isolated

Fee: $25.75 for a full day
         $19.50 for a half-day
         $5.50 each way for transportation * extended hours can be arranged

Transportation: Transportation to and from the program may be provided if you live within out catchment area, and depending upon space availability and client's availability to safety manage vehicle entry and exit.
