Service Description The Day Programs offers activities ranging from bingo and crafts to knitting and bowling, as well as snacks and a nutritious lunch. The rate for the day is $40 * Exercise at the Day program is provided by Community Care Durham Mondays and Fridays. * Transportation can be arranged.

 

Fees Day Program $40 per day ; Home Care $23.50/hr. Rates available on a sliding scale for low income clients.

 

Eligibility/ Population Day Program:A) 60+ who are healthy and looking for a place to interact with their cohorts. B) 60+ Frail, recovering from a stroke or have forms of dementia.
