Service Description:  Community-based programs geared to seniors with a mild to moderate cognitive impairment/dementia/memory loss (without responsive behaviours) and also for seniors who are physically frail and could benefit from some personal support and supervision.

Hours:   Monday-Friday 9:30-3pm

 

Fees:   Maximum $24.36 per day * subsidy available for eligible participants * additional fee for transportation
