Service Description: Non-emergency transportation for seniors who are unable to use public transportation and are not eligible for Wheel Trans, York Region Mobility or other municipal transport programs * transportation is provided to medical or therapy appointments, shopping and various social activities and program by staff or volunteers

No boundary for medical appointments, per volunteer availability. Social Programs generally are South of Stouville Rd, East of Bathhurst, West of 9th Line, and North of Steeles

 

Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

 

Fees: Most services covered by OHIP

 

Population Served: People who need medical care for serious illnesses and injuries, or emotional distress
