Population: Older adults and adults with disabilities, who need physical, social, or emotional supports (Community Care Access Centre care coordinators assess the needs of applicants)

 

Age Restrictions: Older Adults

Services: Social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for physically frail, have a cognitive impairment, or are socially isolated in a group setting for part of the day. Receives hot lunch and 2 snacks, and may receive supervision or assistance with some activities of daily living.

 

Fee: $22 per day (subsidy available for eligible participants)
